Jacob turns 3!

Saturday, we went to Stillwater to celebrate Jacob's 3rd birthday! Jacob has been on the blog before- you know he is my friend Mary Ann'e firstborn. He loves Thomas the Train, with great passion!

There was swimming, too! Swimming was great fun until it started to thunder...then we had to get out. Grayce is still mad about it.

These are all the smaller party guests. I will give you the low down- but pay attention, it can be complicated. Mary Anne, me, Emily, and Jill were also at the party. We are all sorority sisters- so the future little deltas (4) are labeled as such. But, some of them are also cousins- because Mary Anne married Emily's brother John. Now, Mary Anne's brother also married one of our ddd sisters- and they have 2 girls, also...but they live in Scottsdale and weren't there- so there are only 4 in the picture. But- if you are keeping track in Mary Anne's family alone there are 5 little delta's!

Nienhuis Pool

Grayce and I went to Nienhuis Pool over in BA this past Monday. Kenzie and Lynzie and Mackenzie also were there:-) She really enjoyed the rope swing. Unfortunately, they do not let kids under 48 inches ride the (4) flume slides there- so we were very disappointed. And the concrete there is VERY rough- we had scratches all over! We probably won't visit there again anytime soon, but G & friends had a good time for the afternoon.

Water Park in B & W

"Hey, I said push me higher"---That is probably what she is complaining about here. She doesn't quite understand how lucky she is she is even being pushed (according to Gavin's face).

This is "the sun gives me a headache" pose. It doesn't last long once you suggest leaving.

At the Water Park...

Today, Grayce finally got her wish to go to Hunter Park, which she loves! This is also where the ducks are. But, she would much rather go for the water. We were suppose to go for the last 2 weeks, but it has been raining- as you may know.

Going on a Bike Ride...

Grayce and I have been going on bike"rides" in the evenings. It's actually more like ride/ stop/ ride/ stop. But anyway, she used some of her own money to purchase her "baby carrier" on the back she had been wanting for months. It's so funny. Tiny baby usually rides in the basket upfront- and a bigger baby rides in the back. In this case it is our new Hello Kitty from build a bear- which she also used her money for (she likes to remind us of this, a lot) :-)
