Ya'll. What is goin on at G2's school the last 2 days for her boots to come home lookin like this. She has "no idea" how it happened. Yo. This is some serious damage not to remember. Before school today when she wanted to wear these below- I told her she had to be VERY careful. And I even mentioned the boot damage to her teacher, in front of G2- so she would maybe know I meant to be REALLY careful. You can see how that worked out for me.
The brown pair were from last year, so its not SO bad. Except they are her favorites. The black pair, on the other hand, I bought on Tuesday. Yes, Tuesday. She wore them on Tuesday, and they came home fine. Wednesday and Thursday this week must have contained some serious roughing. I have repaired them as best I can, so they don't look as obviously tacky. Not sure about this one. She may be banned to ugly shoes at school.

Would totally not be shocked by this if those were my daughter's shoes. *sigh* It's the story of my life.

My kids' shoes end up like that too!
I know when this happened to my daughter's shoes - she was dragging her toes to help her stop the swing on the playground. That will tear shoes up quickly!
